Nestled along the shores of Chautauqua Lake, our property offers cozy cottages ranging from one to six bedrooms — perfect for couples, families, or groups looking to relax and reconnect. Each cottage comes with modern comforts like Wi‑Fi and A/C, while still keeping that warm, rustic charm that makes a lakeside getaway special.
The Dock
​For those who love the water, our boat rentals are the best way to explore the lake. Choose from spacious pontoons for family cruising or fishing boats for a quiet day on the water. Rentals include tax and your first tank of gas, so you can focus on making memories instead of logistics. And if you already own a boat, you’re welcome to bring it along — our dock and lakefront access make it easy to enjoy your own vessel during your stay.

Indoor Pool and Spa
Enjoy a refreshing swim in our saltwater outdoor pool — a gentle, more natural alternative to traditional chlorine pools. Saltwater systems are known to be softer on the skin and eyes, less harsh on hair and swimsuits, and often more comfortable for those with sensitive skin.

Cast a line right from our docks on beautiful Chautauqua Lake. Known for its walleye, bass, and muskellunge, the lake offers incredible fishing opportunities all season long. With easy water access, dock space, and fishing boat rentals available onsite, everything you need for a successful day on the water is just steps from your cottage.
