2012 Cottage Availabilities to Date

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on All Weekly and Weekend Rentals as well as any Rental of Cottage #s C3 & C4 . $ 200.00 Per Cottage or per Country Chalet, $ 250.00 for Cottage  C3  or C4  is Due at Check In or You may mail in a Check, no later then Two Weeks prior to Checking In. Security Deposits (Our Business Check) will be Mailed back within Seven Days, after Your Cottage / Country Chalet  has been Inspected after Checking Out.  Any Damages found while Cleaning, including Messy Cottage or Country Chalet Fees ($ 75 Minimum Excessive Cleaning Charge per Unit) and or any Daytime ($ 10.00 + tax per person) or Nighttime ($75.00 + tax per person) Guest Fees above and beyond the Cottage’s Printed Capacity need to be settled up on a Daily Basis to Avoid any Theft of Services Charges.... We encourage Family Reunions only if they are All Staying On Site and or Renting Multiple Cottages or Country Chalets...

• We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Daytime Guests ( 9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.) at 50% Max. of the Capacity...

Example: A Cottage or Country Chalet that sleeps 8 Max. is Eight people, any age... Extra Overnight Guests are $ 75 + tax per person per night starting at 9:00 P.M. Daytime Capacity is Eight (including Your group) with a Max. of 4 extra Paid Daytime Visitors (50%).... Thus any Daytime Visitors above and beyond 8, staying a Half an Hour or longer is $ 10.00 + tax per Person and $ 5.00 + tax per Vehicle per Day up to 9:00 P.M.  No Pets (when a Visitor of Yours stops in with a Pet, unfortunately they have to leave due to our No Pet Policy)...

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, will be Charged to to your Guest or Your Account, at the Rate of $ 10.00 + tax per Person per Day. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the Night, will be Charged to Your Guest or Your Account, at the Rate of $ 75.00 + tax Per Person Per Night. These Guest Policies are Necessary so as Not to Over Crowd our Cottage's or Property. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have Automatic Driveway Gates. At Check In, you will be given the opportunity to receive a Key Pad Code to enter the property. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00 + tax per car per day for parking (during Office Hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement.
