From the West (Ohio / Pennsylvania Area) Take Rt. 90 East, to just East of Erie, PA to
Exit 37 (used
to be exit 10A)
Exit 37 = Interstate 86 (used to be Rt. 17)
(Sign will say something like Interstate 86 to Jamestown, NY)
Stay on Interstate 86
until Exit 8 (about 20 to
25 Miles) = Rt. 394 and the Mayville / Lakewood
Exit (this Exit is the exit, Just before the Chautauqua Lake Bridge. If You go over
the Bridge & Over the Lake, you went Too Far).
After exiting at Exit 8, make a Left and go 4.3 Miles and we are on the Right or on the
Lake.
Travel Time : from Cleveland about 2 ¼ to 2 ½ Hours depending on construction...
from Pittsburgh is almost 3 Hours...
: from Exit 37 (entering
Interstate - 86) about 35 minutes to We Wan Chu Cottages.
From the East (Corning, Binghamton, etc.) on Interstate 86,
go until Exit 8 = Rt. 394 and the Mayville / Lakewood
Exit (this Exit is the exit, Just after You have Crossed the Chautauqua Lake Bridge.
After exiting at Exit 8, make a Right onto Rt. 394 and go 4.3 Miles and we are on the Right or on the
Lake...
From the East (Buffalo / Rochester Area)
Take Rt. 90 West to the Westfield Exit (Exit # 60). Go through the Toll Booth until the
Stop Sign = Rt. 394 (we live on Rt. 394). Hang a Left at the Stop Sign. Go Straight
through the Light in Westfield (about 1 mile), Straight through the Light in Mayville
(about 6 - 7 Miles), still staying on Rt. 394. From the light in Mayville, go about 5 to
5.5 Miles and we are on the Left or on the Lake (after about 4 miles, you'll come to a
Street Light, which is in front of the Chautauqua Institution and their Golf Course. We are
about 1.2 miles from this light).
Travel Time from Downtown Buffalo is about 1 ½ Hours. 2 ½ to 2 ¾ Hours from Rochester
and about 3 ½ Hours from Toronto, Canada. From Rt. 90 Exit in Westfield to We Wan Chu
Cottages is 13.0 miles and about 20 - 25 minutes, a little more with Summer Traffic.
