Country Chalet I, is a House located about 40 feet from a Bigger Chalet, Country Chalet II. These Two Chalets are located on a Total of
9.3 Acres of Woods located about 7 Miles from We Wan Chu Cottages
and just less than 3 miles from Interstate 86 / Route 17 and Exit # 8 (Chautauqua
Lake Bridge Exit at Stow & Rt. 394). This property has become our own Ponderosa that
you may wish to enjoy as well. It is a Woods setting with mostly 2nd growth trees
(medium size trees) on a Lot 367 feet wide x 1101 feet deep. Country Chalet I
is a one bedroom Chalet with a Cathedral Ceiling Living Room-Kitchen Area and has a 10
x 32 foot Covered Deck with a Hammock and 2 Ceiling Fans. Built New in 1992 with
768 square feet of interior space. Nicely Decorated, Clean and Modern. Country
Chalet II is a two Bedroom, Cathedral Living Room-Kitchen Area and a 11
x 42 foot Covered Deck with 2 Ceiling Fans. Built New in 1980 with 1176 square
feet of living space plus 1176 square feet of basement / mud room and garage space. Nicely
Decorated, Clean and Modern.
Country Chalet I: Deluxe Accommodations Includes; 1 Bedroom
with a King-size and one single Bed, Living Room / Kitchen Area
with Brick Fireplace, Sofa Bed that opens into a Double, Ceiling Fan, Stove, Refrigerator,
Pots & Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Microwave, Electric Drip Coffee Maker &
Toaster. Color TV & V.C.R. Bath Area with Over & Under
Washer & Dryer, Tiled Stall Shower with a seat (no tub). Charcoal Grill and Picnic
Table.
Rental Rate is Based on 4 Adults or Maximum of
5, if they are 2 Adults and 3 Small Children. Small Children = 12
years of age or under.

Accommodations Includes; 2 Bedrooms
with two Double Beds in the first Bedroom and a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom which
has a Sliding Glass Door going out onto the 11 x 42 foot Covered Wooden Deck with a
Hammock on it. Two Bathrooms with a Shower in the Master Bath and a Tub/Shower in the 2nd
Bath. Large Living Room - Kitchen Area with a Cathedral Ceiling,
Couch, Love Seat, Dinning Room Table, Color TV, V.C.R. and a Large Brick Fireplace. Stove,
Refrigerator, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Microwave, Electric Drip
Coffee Maker & Toaster. Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table and a One-car garage. Rental
Rate is Based on 6 Adults or Maximum of 8, if they are 4 Adults and 4 Small
Children.

Balance Due at Check In. 2005 CANCELLATIONS: Deposit Returned after Chalet has been Re- Rented for the Same Dates and Rates, Less (-) $ 100.00 Cancellation Fee per Chalet, per Week or less. Otherwise, Deposit Forfeited.. DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Chalet, above and beyond the Chalet's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 5.00 per Person per Day. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests. OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Chalet, above and beyond the Chalet's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the Night, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 50.00 Per Person Per Night. These Guest Policies are Necessary so as Not to Over Crowd our Chalet's or Property. ** SECURITY DEPOSIT: = $ 100.00 Security Deposit is required on All Chalet Rentals. Paper Towels, Hand Soap - Dish Soap), Food, Charcoal and themselves. No Pets.
Country Chalet I & II is Truly a Beautiful Country Resort Rental with
the Ambiance that anyone would expect from a Woods /
Country Setting. Whether it is for a Romantic Getaway
over a Long Weekend or as a Vacation Week, these Deluxe Accommodations will meet Favorably
with Your Personal Expectations. Rentals from May 1st through October 31st include Property & Dock
rights from We
Wan Chu Cottages. You will be able to see and find if you're quiet enough, Deer,
Wild Turkey, an occasional Eagle, Hawk or Grouse
along with your regular Woodchucks, Raccoons and Skunks. There
will be No Hunting allowed on this property during the late
Spring through early September (and maybe not at all) so that we can provide a Nature type
of Sanctuary for our friends of the Wild. All Guest Fees above and beyond the Chalet's
Capacity or Reservation Agreement are applicable to the same Policies stated
in the We Wan Chu Cottage's 2005 Off-Season Rates or 2005 Weekly
Rates.
