Country Chalet I & II are Seven Miles from the Lake here at We Wan Chu Cottages, out in the Middle of the Woods, nowhere near the Lake... These two Beautiful Homes get that Woodsy Resort Rental...... but, it gives You Access, to the most Beautiful, Lakefront Cottage Resort here at We Wan Chu Cottages...

Country Chalet I, is a House located about 40 feet from a Bigger Chalet, Country Chalet II. These Two Chalets are located on a Total of 26  Acres of mostly Woods located about 7.5  Miles from We Wan Chu Cottages and just less than 3 miles from Interstate 86 / Route 17 and Exit # 8 (Chautauqua Lake Bridge Exit at Stow & Rt. 394). This property has become our own Ponderosa that you may wish to enjoy as well. It is a Woods setting with mostly 2^nd growth trees (medium size trees). Country Chalet I is a one bedroom Chalet with a Cathedral Ceiling Living Room-Kitchen Area and has a 10 x 32 foot Covered Deck with a Hammock and 2 Ceiling Fans. Built New in 1992 with 768 square feet of interior space. Nicely Decorated, Clean and Modern. Country Chalet II is a two Bedroom, Cathedral Living Room-Kitchen Area and a 11 x 42 foot Covered Deck with 2 Ceiling Fans. Built New in 1980 with 1176 square feet of living space plus 1176 square feet of basement / mud room and garage space. Nicely Decorated, Clean and Modern.

Country Chalet I: Deluxe Accommodations Includes; 1 Bedroom with a King-size and one single Bed, Living Room / Kitchen Area with Brick Fireplace, Sofa Bed that opens into a Double, Ceiling Fan, Stove, Refrigerator, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Microwave, Electric Drip Coffee Maker & Toaster. Color TV with antenna, DVD player and a brick Fireplace. Bath Area with Over & Under Washer & Dryer, Tiled Stall Shower with a seat (no tub). Charcoal Grill and Picnic Table.
Rental Rate is Based on 4 Adults or Maximum of 5, if they are 2 Adults and 3 Small Children. Small Children = 12 years of age or under.

Country Chalet II: Deluxe Accommodations Includes; 2 Bedrooms with two Double Beds in the first Bedroom and a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom which has a Sliding Glass Door going out onto the 11 x 42 foot Covered Wooden Deck with a Hammock on it. Two Bathrooms with a Shower in the Master Bath and a Tub/Shower in the 2nd Bath. Large Living Room - Kitchen Area with a Cathedral Ceiling, Couch, Love Seat, Dinning Room Table, Color TV with antenna, DVD player and a Large Brick Fireplace. Stove, Refrigerator, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, Microwave, Electric Drip Coffee Maker & Toaster. Charcoal Grill and Picnic Table. Rental Rate is Based on 6 Adults or Maximum of 8, if they are 4 Adults and 4 Small Children.
Small Children = 12 years of age or under.

Please Note: At Check In, you will be issued "Wrist Bands" up to  the Chalet's or Cottage's Capacity. Extra wrist bands can be purchased when needed based on the below Daytime or Nighttime Guest Fees. We reserve the right to limit the number of extra Guests and wrist bands.

*** = Minimum Three Night Rental... As well as for the Weekends of  May 31^st (Memorial Day Weekend) and September 3^rd (Labor Day Weekend), 2010... Beginning May 1^st, 2010, we will be cutting loose all of the Country Chalet  I & II  Availabilities'  from June 19^th - August 28^th, 2010 to a Minimum Three Night Rental, either on the front end or back end of those Weeks...  No Two Night Rentals... 

Weekend includes a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday Nights

• We Reserve the Right to Change Rates without notice as well as pass on any Tax  imposed on Cottage / Resort Rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments.

Our Customers need only bring extra Bath Towels, Paper & Soap Products (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap - Dish Soap), Food, Charcoal and themselves. No Pets.

Country Chalet I & II is Truly a Beautiful Country Resort Rental with the Ambiance that anyone would expect from a Woods / Country Setting. Whether it is for a Romantic Getaway over a Long Weekend or as a Vacation Week, these Deluxe Accommodations will meet Favorably with Your Personal Expectations. Rentals from May 1^st through October 31^st include Property & Dock rights from We Wan Chu Cottages. You will be able to see and find if you're quiet enough, Deer, Wild Turkey, Bears, an occasional Eagle, Hawk, Owl or Grouse along with your regular Woodchucks, Raccoons and Skunks. There will be No Hunting allowed on this property during the late Spring through early September (and maybe not at all) so that we can provide a Nature type of Sanctuary for our friends of the Wild. All Daytime (Half an Hour or Longer) or Nighttime (beginning at 9:00 P.M.) Guest Fees above and beyond the Chalet's Capacity or Reservation Agreement are applicable to these  Policies...
