Is a Five Bedroom, Two & 3/4 Bath Lakefront Cottage with a Living room / Kitchen area with two refrigerators, one stove, automatic dishwasher and one coin operated Washer and one coin operated Dryer. Built New during the Winter of 1998-99.
Handicapped Accessible Downstairs Bedroom and Downstairs Shower & Bathroom.
There are four Bedrooms upstairs, three have a Double and one Single Bed in each and in the fourth (the Master Bedroom) there is a King-size Bed. Two Wooden Decks, one off the Living room / Kitchen area and a second floor Deck off of the Master Bedroom with an Awesome View of the Lake. New as of July 8^th, 2007, there is one window Air Conditioner in each Bedroom. In the Master Bedroom, the Air Conditioner unit is an in the wall unit. 
Rental Rate is Based on 10 Adults Max. or 14 Max. if they are 6 Adults and 8 Small Children.
Small Children = 12 years of age or under.
