We Wan Chu Cottages invites you to experience Chautauqua Lake's Finest Cottage Resort. We are located on over 8 & ½ acres of Lake Front Property with more than 470 feet of Sandy Bottom lake frontage. We offer 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6 Bedroom Cottages that are Clean, Modern, Heated and Completely Furnished. We have 11 duplexes that equal 22 of our 31 Cottages. Nine of these duplexes are in a large horseshoe configuration. They come up the side of the property from the lake, across the middle and down the other side. We also have three individual cottages, four apartment-cottages in one building and two new adjoining lakefront cottages. Thirty of our thirty-one cottages have a Wooden Deck with a Sweet View of the lake from twenty-six of them.

All Cottages come with:
-Kitchens with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, automatic drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
-Bed linens, pillows and bath linens are provided;
-Color Cable TV, charcoal grill, picnic table.
Natural Gas Heat in All of the Cottages...
-Our Customers need only bring paper and soap products, extra bath towels, their own sharp knives and their favorite frying pan, charcoal and food for their stay here at We Wan Chu Cottages.

Boat Slip / Boat Trailer / Canoe / Kayak Parking Policy: $10 per Boat & Trailer per Day or $ 25 per Boat & Trailer per Weekend (three or four days) or $50 per Boat & Trailer per Week for boats up to 21ft. Boats over 21ft. and up to 26 ft. max. are $15 per Boat & Trailer per Day or $ 40 per Boat & Trailer per Weekend (three or four days) or $ 75 per Boat & Trailer per Week... Canoe / Kayak = $ 10 / Weekend or $ 25 / Week per Canoe / Kayak... On Land or In the Water is the same fee.. Each Boat Must have, Four Good Ropes to Tie Up Four Ways.

We Wan Chu Cottages includes the amenities and ambiance that anyone would expect from Chautauqua Lake's Finest Cottage Resort.

Our modern Dock Area has over 70 boat slips and which is lit up all night and includes power for boat charging needs. A fantastic fishing wing (dock) for your fishing appetite, a beautiful Sandy Bottom Swimming Area (seasonal) with a 50 x 16 Ft. Children's Sandbox for the Young and Old alike.

Property features includes a nightly lakefront Bonfire to warm your heart & sole at, weather permitting. We have a huge Children's Sandbox at the Children's Beach where the children can Swim and Play and a Children's Playground... Out near the end of the Dock and within our Swimming area is a large floating swim platform (early June - mid September) where the older kids and grownups can swim and play. The lake area in front of We Wan Chu Cottages has a beautiful Sandy Bottom which gradually drops off past the end of the dock. Our Swimming Area in the lake goes from zero to about four feet deep and is without a doubt, the Best Sandy Bottom Swimming Area that goes with any Cottages or Condominiums on Chautauqua Lake... A Putting Green, Recreation Room with ping-pong & foose ball tables, video games and coin operated washers & dryers, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court, basketball, swing sets and a large grassy play area.

Either way, we try very hard to make "Your Visit" an enjoyable one for sure. If your a Fisher person, the letters in our Fishing Guide should help You catch Fish along with the usual Great Fishing off of our Huge Dock Area. If your a Golfer, our Putting Green should sharpen your skills a little bit better before You hit your Sticks on the Golf Course. And let us not forget the Big Picture, Chautauqua Lake is almost at your front door here at We Wan Chu Cottages.

One bedroom unit with kitchen/living room area and private bathroom. Rental Rate is Based on 4 People Maximum.

Cottages 7, 8, 17 & 18
One bedroom unit with kitchen/living room area and private bathroom. Rental Rate is Based on up to 4 Adults or Maximum of 5, if they are 2 Adults and 3 Small Children.

Cottages C1, 11 & 15,
Three bedroom unit with kitchen/living room area and private bathroom. Rental Rate is Based on 6 Adults or Maximum of 8, if they are 4 Adults and 4 Small Children.

Cottages 5, & 6,
Combination kitchen/living room/bedroom area with a private bathroom. Rental Rate is Based on 4 People Maximum.

Cottage # C3 Six Bedroom, three Bath Lake Front Cottage.
Rental Rate is Based on 12 Adults or Maximum of 16, if they are 8 Adults and 8 Small Children. Ideal 12 person Golf Package Cottage Rental.

Cottage # C4 Five Bedroom, three Bath Lake Front Cottage.
Rental Rates are Based on up to 8 or 10 Adults or Maximum of 14 if they are 6 adults and 8 small children. Ideal 10 person Golf Package Cottage Rental...

2008 Cancellation Policy: Deposit returned after Cottage has been Re-rented for the Same Dates and Rates, Less (-) $ 100.00 Cancellation Fee per Cottage, per Week or less, except, $ 250.00 Cancellation Fee for Cottage #s C3 & C4.
Otherwise, Deposit Forfeited...

Security Deposit: Required on all Weekly and Weekend rentals. $ 100.00 per Cottage,

Guest Policy

Daytime Guest (s) to Your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, will be Charged to Your Account at the Rate of $ 5.00 per Person per Day. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

Overnight Guest Policy: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the Night, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 50.00 Per Person Per Night. These Guest Policies are Necessary so as Not to Over Crowd our Property or Cottage (s).

Driveway Gate Policy: At Check In, you will be given the opportunity to receive a Driveway Gate Card for a $10.00 Deposit, or, if your cottage is located close to the main driveway entrance, you may choose to use a Key Pad Code to enter the property. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00 per car per day for parking (during Office Hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement. $ 25.00 per car after Office Hours...

Approximately 18 miles long and up to 1-1/2 miles wide with World Famous Muskie, Walleye, Small & Large Mouth Bass, Calico, and Perch Fishing. Fantastic Sailing Weather, Water-Skiing Waters, and Boats of all shapes and sizes make Chautauqua Lake already a Favorite of so many.
