Two or Three Night Minimum Cottage rentals are currently available until June 23rd and again with limited numbers the week of August 17th and thru October with Weekend availabilities to date being being shown from late August thru October below...

We are renting by the week only from June 22nd - August 17th and may eventually cut loose last minute availabilities to a Min. Three Night rentals if need be. Weekly availabilities are listed below...

If you are looking for a family vacation destination, We Wan Chu Cottages is a Great choice! During the summer season, with up to 31 cottages of families and small children gives your children a great opportunity to meet and play with other kids their age. It is all about the children and is why we went and built our indoor shallow salt-water pool for the parents and children staying here to enjoy.

We have a nightly lake front camp fire, sand volleyball, 1/2 court basketball, horseshoe pits, a children’s playground and sandbox, a putting green, a recreation room with ping pong, fooseball and video games, a huge dock to fish and boat from, 8 & ½ acres of land to play on and enjoy, and a brand new Indoor Saltwater Pool & Spa.

Our 2013 Season Runs from April 24th, 2013 through December 2nd, 2013. During the Dates of April 24th through June 16th, and August 24th through October 20th, cottage rentals are limited to a Two** or Three*** night minimum rental.

During the Dates of June 16th through August 27th, we rent and reserve by the Week only or a Minimum Three*** Night rental. We cut loose some of our week only rentals the week of June 16th to a Minimum Three Night rental, but nothing from June 22nd until August 18th, until a week or two before, if need be at all...

SPRING RENTAL SEASON:
APRIL 24, 2013 THROUGH JUNE 14, 2013

Spring Rental Rates (2 to 6 nights): Checking in anytime after 12 Noon or 1:00 P.M.. Checking Out anytime prior to 4 P.M. with the exception of June 15 and June 16 where Check Out is by 10AM. That Weekend is our "swing weekend" where we go into our "week only" rentals for the ten weeks of the summer season. This is our swing weekend (June 15th) where we go from a Two** or a Three *** Night Minimum cottage rental in the Spring to a Week only cottage rental (June 16th - August 24th) during the Summer. Folks sometimes rent a Cottage for the week and stay only a few days. It all depends on the Indoor Saltwater Pool & Spa or where You & Your Family want to be. We have a very limited Winter rental season in Cottage #s C3 & C4 only through December 2nd, 2013. Property & Office Closed from December 2nd - April 25th, 2013. There will be no bonfires, no property amenities typically available during our Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons except the indoor pool will be open for cottage guests' use, daily from 10 AM - 6 PM. as well as the Boat Launch Dock and 10 sections of the Main Runway to tie up a few Boats in shallow water.

RESERVATION AND GUEST POLICIES

RESERVATION POLICY: ½ down payment as a deposit to confirm reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to check in on all summertime reservations (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and C3 & C4 winter rentals. Balance due at check in for all Spring and Fall reservations.

2013 CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit returned after unit has been re-rented for the same dates and rates, less (-) $200.00 cancellation fee per cottage, per week or less, except $250.00 cancellation fee for cottage's C3 & C4. Otherwise, deposits/payment in full forfeited if cottage is not re-rented for the same dates and rental rate.

BOAT SLIP / BOAT TRAILER PARKING POLICY: $10 per boat and trailer per day or $25 per boat and trailer per weekend (3 or 4 days) or $50 per boat and trailer per week for boats up to 21'. Boats over 21' and up to 26' max are $20 per boat and trailer per day or $50 per boat and trailer per weekend (3 or 4 days) or $100 per boat and trailer per week. On land or in the water is the same fee.

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any guest to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage's capacity or reservation agreement, will be charged to your account at the Rate of $10.00 plus tax per person per day. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any guest to your cottage, above and beyond the cottage's capacity or reservation agreement, past
9 PM for the night, will be charged to your account, at the rate of $75.00 plus tax per person per night. These guest policies are necessary so as not to over crowd our cottages or property. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have automatic driveway gates. At check in, will issue you the key pad code as well as vehicle tags for your reservation's vehicles. All visitors cars will be charged $5.00 plus tax per car per day for parking (during office hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on all Weekly and Weekend rentals as well as any rental of cottages C3 & C4.
$200.00 Per cottage, $250.00 for Cottages C3 & C4.

We reserve the right to change rates without notice as well as pass on any new tax (like a bed tax) imposed on cottage rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments.
