Winter Rental
Season... There will be no bonfires, no dock, no property
amenities typically available during our Spring, Summer & Fall
Seasons except the Indoor Pool will be Open for Cottage guests' use,
daily from 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M...
Fire wood will be available for purchase for the fireplace in
these two cottages. You can swing dates a day backward or forward or
add a day or more to the Three Night Minimum Rental or a Weekly. Winter Reservations are Half Down Payment with Balance due 45 Days prior to Check In...

as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or
reservation agreement. |
We Reserve the Right to Change Rates without notice as well as pass on any New Tax (like a Bed Tax) imposed on Cottage Rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments.
