Our 2007 Season runs from April 20th - October 28th, 2007. We Rent for any Two Night** or Three Night *** Minimum Rentals from April 20th - June 17th** and from August 25th **- October 28th, 2007. We rent by the Week Only or a Minimum Three Night Rental ** from June 17th **- August 25th **, 2007. No One Nighters...
** = Please Note: We will be taking Reservations for a Minimum Two Night Rental, going over all Weekends in the Spring or Fall of our 2007 Season until March 1st, 2007 before cutting loose any Cottages for our Typical Two Night Rental Packages (except ***) Beginning May 1st, 2007, we will be cutting loose some of our Week Only Cottage Rentals from June 16th - August 25th, 2007 to a Minimum Three Night Rental, either on the front end or back end of those Weeks... No One Nighters...
*** = Minimum Three Night Rental... As well as for the Weekends of May 25th (Memorial Day Weekend), June 14th (Bass - Musky Opener (16th) Weekend), August 31st (Labor Day Weekend), 2007...

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY:
Any Guest to
your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, will be
Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 5.00 per Person per Day. We
Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests. DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have Automatic Driveway Gates. At Check In, you will be given the opportunity to receive a Driveway Gate Card for a $10.00 Deposit, or, if your cottage is located close to the main driveway entrance, you may choose to use a Key Pad Code to enter the property. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00 per car per day for parking (during Office Hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement. |
The Ambiance here at We Wan Chu Cottages includes a nightly lakefront Bon Fire (weather permitting) during our Summer Season and nightly as well, during our Off Season. Either way, we try very hard to make Your Visit an enjoyable one for sure. If your a Fisher person, the letters in our Chautauqua Lake Fishing Guide should help You catch Fish along with the usual Great Fishing off of our Huge Dock Area. If your a Golfer, our Putting Green should sharpen your skills a little bit better before You hit your Sticks on the Golf Course. During our Swimming Season (mid-June through Labor Day Weekend), you will find that our Swimming Area in the lake is one of the best swimming facilities, on the lake along with our Children's Sandbox. Let us not forget the Big Picture. Chautauqua Lake is almost at your front door here at We Wan Chu Cottages with over 470 feet of lake frontage and 8 & 1/2 acres of property to enjoy the view from.
Chautauqua Lake is a Glacier Made Lake and is Spring fed along with a Few Creeks. It is One of, if not the Cleanest Fresh Water Lake, in New York State. Approximately 18 miles long and up to 1-1/2 miles wide with World Famous Muskie, Walleye, Small & Large Mouth Bass, Calico, and Perch Fishing. Fantastic Sailing Weather, Water-Skiing Waters, and Boats of all shapes and sizes make Chautauqua Lake already a Favorite of so many.
Country Chalet I & II Rentals: We purchased two Country Chalet homes on a
property out in the Country / Woods, about 7 Miles from here in 1996. It has 9.3
Acres and Two (2) Beautiful Chalet homes. The smaller home, Chalet I is
a one bedroom with a living room / kitchen area with a fireplace and a 10 x 32 ft. covered
deck. Sleeps 4 adults max. or 5 max. = 2 adults and three small children. Chalet II
is a two bedroom with 2 baths, living room / kitchen area with a fire place and a 11 x 42
ft. covered deck. Sleeps 6 adults max. or 8 max. = 4 adults and four small children.
We will tie in together Property & Dock Rights (May 1st
through October) for these Chalet Rentals. Ideal for a Romantic Weekend Getaway or just to
Getaway with the Tranquility that a Woods - Country Setting will offer.
