2008 Tax = 13 % . Chautauqua County Government has passed an increase in the Occupancy / Bed Tax from 3% to 5% and should become Law by the Fall of 2007. Either way, we will charge whatever Tax we are required by Law to collect (Sales Tax + Occupancy Tax on Cottage Rentals less then a Week).

We Reserve the Right to Change Rates without notice as well as pass on any New Tax imposed on Cottage Rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments.

** = Please Note: Minimum Three Night Rental, going over all Weekends in the Spring or Fall of our 2008 Season until March 1^st, 2008 before cutting loose any Cottages for our typical Two Night Rental Packages, except ***. No One Nighters...

*** = Minimum Three Night Rental... As well as for the Weekends of May 23^rd (Memorial Day Weekend), June 19^th (Bass - Musky Opener (21^st) Weekend), August 29^th (Labor Day Weekend), 2008... Beginning May 1^st, 2008, we will be cutting loose some of our Week Only Cottage Rentals from June 21^st - August 23^rd, 2008 to a Minimum Three Night Rental, either on the front end or back end of those Weeks... No Two Night Rentals...

2008 CANCELLATIONS: Deposit Returned after Unit has been Re- Rented for the Same Dates and Rates, Less (-) $ 100.00 Cancellation Fee per Cottage, per Week or less, except, $ 250.00 Cancellation Fee for Cottage #s C3 & C4. Otherwise, Deposit Forfeited.
Boat Slip / Boat Trailer / Canoe / Kayak Parking Policy: $10 per Boat & Trailer per Day or $ 25 per Boat & Trailer per Weekend (three or four days) or $50 per Boat & Trailer per Week for boats up to 21ft. Boats over 21 ft. and up to 26-ft. max. = $ 15.00 per day or $ 40.00 per Boat & Trailer per Weekend (three or four days) or $ 75.00 per Boat & Trailer per Week� Canoe / Kayak = $ 10 / Weekend or $ 25 / Week per Canoe / Kayak... On Land or In the Water is the same fee...

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 5.00 per Person per Day. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the Night, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 50.00 Per Person Per Night. These Guest Policies are Necessary so as Not to Over Crowd our Cottage's or Property. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have Automatic Driveway Gates. At Check In, you will be given the opportunity to receive a Driveway Gate Card for a $10.00 Deposit, or, if your cottage is located close to the main driveway entrance, you may choose to use a Key Pad Code to enter the property. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00 per car per day for parking (during Office Hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on All Weekly and Weekend Rentals as well as any Rental of Cottage #s C3 & C4 . $ 100.00 Per Cottage, $ 250.00 for Cottage C3 or C4

We Reserve the Right to Change Rates without notice as well as pass on any New Tax (like a Bed Tax) imposed on Cottage Rentals by the County, State or Federal Governments.
