We rent by the Week Only or a Minimum Three Night Rental *** from June 18^th - August 27^th, 2011.

Please Note: At Check In, you will be issued "Wrist / Ankle Bands" up to the Cottage's Capacity. Extra wrist bands can be purchased when needed based on the below Daytime or Nighttime Guest Fees. We reserve the right to limit the number of extra Guests and wrist bands.

*** = Minimum Three Night Rental... As well as for the Weekends of May 27^th (Memorial Day Weekend) June 16^th (Bass - Musky Opener (18^th) Weekend) and September 2^nd (Labor Day Weekend), 2011... Beginning May 1^st, 2011, we will be cutting loose some of our Week Only Cottage Rentals and all of the Country Chalet I & II Availabilities' from June 18^th - August 27^th, 2011 to a Minimum Three Night Rental, either on the front end or back end of those Weeks... We will not be cutting loose any Cottages in July or the first two weeks of August until a week or two before, if at all, to give us our best chance at renting any available Cottages by the Week only... No Two Night Rentals...

2011 CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit Returned after Unit has been Re- Rented for the Same Dates and Rates, Less (-) $ 200.00 Cancellation Fee per Cottage, per Week or less, except, $ 250.00 Cancellation Fee for Cottage #s C3 & C4. Otherwise, Deposit / Payment in Full Forfeited if Cottage is not Re-Rented for the same Dates & Rental Rate.
Boat Slip / Boat Trailer / Canoe / Kayak Parking Policy: $10 per Boat & Trailer per Day or $ 25 per Boat & Trailer per Weekend (three or four days) or $50 per Boat & Trailer per Week for boats up to 21ft. Boats over 21ft. and up to 26 ft. max. are $15 per Boat & Trailer per Day or $ 40 per Boat & Trailer per Weekend (three or four days) or $ 75 per Boat & Trailer per Week... Canoe / Kayak = $ 10 / Weekend or $ 25 / Week per Canoe / Kayak... On Land or In the Water is the same fee...

DAYTIME GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 10.00 + tax per Person per Day. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

OVERNIGHT GUEST POLICY: Any Guest to your Cottage, above and beyond the Cottage's Capacity or Reservation Agreement, past 9:00 P.M. for the Night, will be Charged to Your Account, at the Rate of $ 75.00 + tax Per Person Per Night. These Guest Policies are Necessary so as Not to Over Crowd our Cottage's or Property. We Reserve the Right to Limit the Number of Guests.

DRIVEWAY GATE POLICY: Here at We Wan Chu Cottages we have Automatic Driveway Gates. At Check In, will issue you the Key Pad Code as well as Vehicle Tags for your Reservation's Vehicles. All Visitors cars will be charged $ 5.00 + tax per car per day for parking (during Office Hours) as well as any guest fees above and beyond your cottage's capacity or reservation agreement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required on All Weekly and Weekend Rentals as well as any Rental of Cottage #s C3 & C4 . $ 200.00 Per Cottage, $ 250.00 for Cottage C3 or C4
