There is a Double Bed and a Single Bed in the one bedroom. A Double Bed and a Couch that opens into a Bed in the Living room / Kitchen area, private Bathroom and a Good View from its wooden Deck Looking Down towards the Lake. 
Rental Rate is Based on 4 Adults Max. or 5 Max. if they are 2 Adults and 3 Small Children.
Small Children = 12 years of age or under.
