• Please do not Speed Over 5 M.P.H. within 200 Feet of We Wan Chu Cottage’s Dock or Any Dock =
  $ 10.00 per incident payable to the American Red Cross...
  (personal checks accepted made out to the American Red Cross...) …

• Over Crowding a Boat’s Capacity = Immediate Forfeiture and Late Charge …
  16 ft. Boat = 5 People or 900 pounds, "Whichever Comes 1^st".
• No Pets Allowed = $ 100.00 per, if a Pet is brought onto We Wan Chu Cottage’s Property / Dock…  ______ Initial.
• No Tubing, No Skiing, No Towing of any Person or thing, unless the vessel being towed is in
  Danger of loss of life or loss of vessel. Violation = Immediate Forfeiture or Late Charge.
• No Person under the age of 18 years of age permitted to drive the Rental Boat.
  Violation = Immediate Forfeiture or Late Charge.

• No Swimming, Picnicking, Fishing off of our Dock, use of our Children's Playground, Putting Green,
  Fish Cleaning Station or any of our Property Assets here at We Wan Chu Cottages unless of course
  you are staying here. Property Assets are for Cottage Customers only...
  $ 50.00 per Hour per person; Min. One Hour Fee...  ______ Initial.

• $ 50.00 Charge per Person if Anyone from this Reservation walks onto the 
  Boardwalks, Decks of Cottages or attempts to look into a Cottage without  
  a Staff Member present from We Wan Chu Cottages.  ______ Initial.

• No Throwing Rocks Anywhere Please...

• No Cell Phone Usage allowed on We Wan Chu Cottage’s Property unless you are in your
  Car  with the Windows Closed or on the Rental Boat...

• Late Charge = $ 25.00 per Hour... 15 Minute Grace Period at the Dock... ______ Initial.
  Additional Day (s) need to be Pre-Paid to avoid "Late Charges"...

Any Docking Daytime or Overnight at a Public or Private Dock is highly recommended to
a Secure Wooden Poles, Two - Four Ropes (provided) Tie Off, to Good, Wooden Poles…

• $ 50.00 Min., per Any Area, per Square Foot, of Damaged Paint or Decals on the Side of the Boat.

• Prop Damage = $ 75.00 per Blade or $ 150.00 = Major…
• Broken or Damaged Skeg = $ 200.00 (It is Your Responsibility to know Your Depth at All Times).
• Rescue Call / Tow Job if caused by Driver Error (flooded motor, letting someone else
   drive the boat that wasn't at Driver Orientation, etc., etc...) = $ 150.00 per Hour...
• Broken Running Light per = $ 25.00 per light (Rental Lights if Rented...).
• Lost or Missing Anchor, Flare Kit or P.F.D. = $ 50.00 per Item…
• Lost, Missing or Broken Fishin Buddy (Fish & Depth Finder) = $ 200.00
• Lost, Missing or Broken Fishin Buddy Bracket = $ 50.00

** = Whatever the Repair Marina charges We Wan Chu Cottages. Your own Down Time, 
if caused by Driver Error, is Forfeited until Repair...

I agree to the above damage, lost, missing or Late fee schedule and rules of Renting a 
Boat from We Wan Chu Cottages, along with the Boat Rental Waiver Form that I will also 
sign when picking up the Rental Boat. I understand that this Boat Rental is FINAL
at the time of payment, Rain or Shine.
Cancellation of any Boat Rental or Reservation or Part Of, results in

As Manager / Partner of We Wan Chu Cottages, I am trying to protect the Ambiance and Privacy of our 
Cottage Guests in devising a Fee Schedule charging Boat Rental Customers not staying here who 
occasionally invade  our Guests' Privacy. Obviously, since implementing this Property & Fee
Schedule, we have minimized the number of Rule Breakers and have improved the overall Positive
