Is an Upstairs Apartment / Cottage in
a building with four Apartment / Cottages. You have to climb one or two
flights of stairs, depending on the side of the building that you enter to get
to this Apartment / Cottage. Cottage # 11 is a large Two bedroom with a Sun
Porch that acts as a Third Bedroom. Living room / Kitchen area, private bathroom.
There is a Double and one Single Bed in each of the two Bedrooms. Two Single Couch
Beds on the Sun Porch and one Couch Bed in the Living room / Kitchen area that opens into
a Double.
Cottage # 11 has a Huge Deck built on top of the Garage located next to # 11 and
up about another flight (total of two flights form ground level) of Outside
stairs to a Roof Top Deck behind (towards Rt. 394) the Deck from # 18. We had a
Metal Roof put onto the Garage and the New Deck was built in the Spring of 2001. This Deck and the High Ground View
has transformed
this Upstairs Cottage Apartment without a Deck into a Cottage
Apartment with a Huge Deck &
Awesome View looking down towards the Lake. Grilling will still take place on the Ground, as in

Rental Rate is Based on 6 Adults Max. or 8 Max.
if they are 4 Adults and 4 Small
Children.
Small Children = 12 years of age or under.
